MNO Education and Training Branch Online Client Services Survey
February 4, 2010 --- The Métis Nation of Ontario (MNO) has been delivering employment and training programs and services to Métis people since 1996. Over the last ten years MNO has administered the Aboriginal Human Resources Development Strategy through an agreement with Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC). This highly successful strategy is scheduled to sunset on March 31st 2010 and will transition into a new multi-year labour market strategy. HRSDC has unveiled their successor labour market strategy, the Aboriginal Skills and Employment Training Strategy (ASETS), which they intend to implement seamlessly this year. The new Strategy has outlined three strategic priorities including demand-driven skills development, partnerships with the private and public sector, and accountability for improved results. As we move into this new Strategy and continue to develop and expand our existing suite of services and support we seek your input.
This survey aims to gather your feedback and recommendations on what works well, how we can address new priorities, effectively address the needs of a changing labour market and continue to make improvements for the future. Please take the time to tell us about our services, strengths and weaknesses, opportunities for enhancement, and any other feedback you wish to provide. The survey is designed to be simple, yet comprehensive and should take less than 20 minutes to complete.
Complete the survey.
